Ingredients
200ml Darnley’s Original Gin
500ml Pressed Apple Juice
200ml Elderflower Cordial
100ml Lemon Juice
10ml Absinthe (adds an optional herb taste)
Lemon Wheels
Mint Leaves
Method
Add all to a large serving jug or carafe and fill with ice. Give it a good stir and enjoy with friends.
ELDERFLOWER PUNCH
BUY THE GINHOT GIN PUNCH
Ingredients
25ml Darnley’s Spiced Gin
120ml Premium Ginger Beer
70ml Cloudy Apple Juice
10ml Fresh Lime Juice
Cinnamon Stick (optional)
Garnish Apple slices
Serving mug
Method
Add all ingredients (except gin) into a pot over medium-high heat. Feel free to add a cinnamon stick for extra festive spice. Let it reach a simmer, then turn off the heat. Pour 25ml of Darnley’s Spiced Gin into each mug. Ladle desired amount of punch into each glass and garnish with sliced apple.

DARNLEY'S BRAMBLE TOM COLLINS
Ingredients
50ml Darnley’s Original Gin
6 fresh blackberries
1 tbsp of sugar or 25 ml of sugar syrup
Mint leaves
Half a lemon
Elderflower sparkling drink
Method
Put blackberries in a highball glass, add lemon juice, and sugar (or simple syrup) and muddle. Add ice, then pour in gin and top up with elderflower sparkling drink. Stir, garnish with blackberries and mint.
DARNLEY'S HIBISCUS SOUR
Ingredients
50 ml Darnley’s Aromata Gin
25 ml Hibiscus syrup
25 ml lime juice
1 egg white or 2 tablespoons of aquafaba
Method
Dry shake, then add ice and shake again. Double strain into a couple glass and garnish with dried hibiscus flowers.
DARNLEY'S HAAR-TINI
Ingredients
60 ml Darnley’s Coastal Haar
10ml of Great British Vermouth
2 dashes of orange bitters
Method
Shaken or stirred...your call.
DARNLEY'S SPICED ORANGE SOUR
Ingredients
35ml Navy Strength Gin
15ml Campari
25ml Orange Juice
12.5ml Simple Syrup
1 egg white or 15ml aquafaba
Method
Combine all in a shaker, dry shake then add ice and shake again. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with orange peel.
