COTTAGE SERIES #3: WILD CITRUS
The botanicals at the heart of this London Dry Gin are foraged sorrel and garden-grown lemon balm, herbaceous plants native to the Kingdom of Fife. Both of these bygone botanicals have been traditionally cultivated in Scotland and were carefully selected by our distiller for their wild citrus and herbaceous flavours. The recipe also includes apples from East Neuk Orchards and a touch of lavender to add a subtle floral bouquet to balance the tangy flavours.

The gins were delicious, but our favourite was the Darnley’s Spiced with ginger ale.
A really interesting and informative tour with brilliant displays. Brought Gin and Gin production to life for us and our teenage granddaughter. Tasted 3 gins loved them all my favourite just now is the Original.
