Join us in our first ever gin experience outside of our home in the East Neuk of Fife, right in the heart of Edinburgh.
Self-proclaimed gin-connoisseurs will be able to blend their very own gin from a range of single botanical distillates, choosing flavours and balance botanicals to create their own unique gin recipe.
Experience Includes:
- 2 x 20cl bottles of your own blended gin to take home ( 1 x Darnley's Signature Blend & 1 x Your own creation)
- An expert guide to gin blending including exploring our botanical range and flavour wheel
- Gin tasting session led by one of Darnley's Gin experts
- Bespoke gin recipe kept forever which can be ordered at any time
- A Darnley's G&T to enjoy after you've finished

EXPERIENCE DETAILS
LEARN
Under the guidance of our gin experience team, you will learn about the art of distillation and what it takes to create a great tasting gin. You will learn about blending gin by recreating the Darnley's Signature Blend.
To create your bespoke gin recipe, explore our botanical collection some of which are grown in our own cottage garden, and consult your gin experience guide and flavour wheel to ensure you get the balance of flavours just right.
BLEND
The hands-on experience continues as our team take you through the steps of blending and you begin to make your one-of-a-kind gin.
BOTTLE & LABEL
At the end of the experience, you will fill, label and name your unique creation. You will take home a 20cl of your own recipe and a 20cl of Darnley's Signature Blend.
We keep your recipe on file so you can place an order for more of your bespoke gin at any time. Our team can advise on pricing.
SHOP & BAR
Just looking for a G&T?
No problem! We have a bar where you can purchase a refreshing Darnley's & Tonic or Gin Cocktail for sipping indoors or on our outdoor terrace with seats looking at picturesque views of Edinburgh Castle.
