Seaside Spritz

Ingredients (Serves 1) 

• 50ml Darnley's Coastal Haar Gin
• 50ml lime cordial
• 10ml sugar syrup
• 15ml pineapple juice
• Sprig of mint
• Lemon peel (optional)

Method

Mix together and pour over ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lemon peel twist.
