East India Daisy

Ingredients
  • 25ml Darnley’s Spiced Gin
  • 25ml Knops IPA 12ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 12ml freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 12ml grenadine
  • Soda

Method

Pour all ingredients (except soda) into a shaker over cubed ice and shake rapidly. Single strain into glass over crushed ice. Charge with soda. Garnish with currents and orange wedge.
