Discover The Darnley's Gin Experience in Edinburgh - Opening June 2021

We're delighted to announce our first pop-up Gin Experience outside our distillery home in the East Neuk of Fife. Located on the stunning Castle Street in Edinburgh, The Darnley's Gin Experience will open to the public at the end of June 2021 for an initial nine month period.

‘The Darnley’s Gin Experience’ will allow self-proclaimed gin enthusiasts to blend their very own gin from a range of single botanical distillates created by Darnley’s distiller, Scott Gowans, where they’ll balance botanicals, choose flavours and enjoy a spirited experience that’s truly unique. Guests will be able to order a bottle of their own gin creation, and Darnley’s will keep their recipe on file so that their gin can be re-ordered whenever a top-up is needed. Alongside The Darnley’s Gin Experience will also be a gin bar, so customers can enjoy a refreshing Gin & Tonic or Gin Cocktail whilst they browse the shop.
