What to pair with Aromata Gin
Our latest limited edition, Aromata, draws on South-East Asian influences. Our Head Gin Distiller, Scott upon returning from his honeymoon, travelling Hội An and Hanoi in Vietnam , felt inspired and motivated to handcraft a flavour profile that perfectly embodies traditional Asian cuisine. This Aromatic blend features ingredients such as lemongrass, ginger and star anise. With these flavour profiles in mind, we have paired food and drinks that complement this expression.
