Fragrant Garden Refresher

Ingredients (Serves 1) 

• 50ml Darnley’s Original Gin
• 15ml grapefruit juice
• 1 tbsp Rosemary simple syrup*
• 1 can soda
• 2-3 rosemary sprigs, for garnish

*Rosemary simple syrup

• 250ml water
• 250ml cup of sugar
• 85g of rosemary, stripped from stem

Method

Add ingredients over ice, garnishing with a fresh sprig of rosemary.
