East India Daisy
Ingredients
- 25ml Darnley’s Spiced Gin
- 25ml Knops IPA 12ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 12ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- 12ml grenadine
- Soda
Method
Pour all ingredients (except soda) into a shaker over cubed ice and shake rapidly. Single strain into glass over crushed ice. Charge with soda. Garnish with currents and orange wedge.
