Darnley's Delight

  • 50ml Darnley’s Original Gin
  • 25ml Pineapple Juice
  • 10ml Vermouth
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Dash Gomme syrup
  • Angostura Bitters
  • Dash pasteurised egg white


Pour all ingredients into a shaker over ice and shake rapidly. Double strain into a sherry goblet. Add 3 drops of Angostura Bitters to garnish.
