Aromata is inspired by our love of spices, being a distinctive combination of eleven botanicals paired together by our master gin distiller. He used lemon grass and ginger to give bright zesty citrus notes, combined together with earthier sweet notes from galangal and turmeric, and finishing with a tingle from star anise and home-grown fennel seeds.
