Join us at our Castle Street pop-up for an immersive gin tasting experience, exclusive to Edinburgh Cocktail Week attendees.

Discover our collection of award-winning gins, distilled on the East Neuk of Fife. You’ll enjoy a guided tasting of our three signature gins, experimenting with mixers to explore your perfect pairing. Sip along as our talented team share the story behind Darnley’s Gin, introduce you to the team behind the bottle, and explore the fascinating history of gin, before finishing up with your perfect Darnley’s G&T.

£25 per person, experience lasts approximately 1 hour

• Monday - Sunday of both weeks

• 12pm & 5pm (Mon - Thur), 12pm & 8pm (Fri - Sat)
