Hot Spiced Gin Punch

Out Hot Spiced Gin Punch is a seasonal favourite and a great alternative to mulled wine for serving to friends and family. 


250ml Darnley's Spiced Gin
500ml Apple Juice
750ml Ginger Beer
100g demerara sugar
1 cinnamon quill
100ml lime juice
apple slices to garnish


Pour the apple juice and sugar into a pan and simmer until the sugar dissolves.
Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes.
Strain and serve in latte glasses with apple slices on a cocktail stick to garnish.
